Hi Far Lands, On the motor there are 3 holes, the middle one is the common, if you have the Hornby wiring you should have red/green/black, the black wire is common. When wired up if the point is giving the wrong direction just swap the red/green connections. Your problem maybe the electric supply and there are several methods to do it.

Re: Hornby point motor wiring. by londonboi1985 » Thu May 19, 2011 4:20 pm. can i just say that diagram is absoloutly fantastic makes it look so so simple. basically if you have a lot of point motors you just get a terminal block strip and a bit of wire running from each other looping it in and power the last one out back to the power supply.
