The hesitation & clunk sounds like the parking brake sticking a little. That is a separate system from the service (foot) brake and only works on the rear wheels. If it only does this occasionally I don't think that's anything to worry about. Parking the car for a bit longer than usual in damp weather could be sufficient to cause this.

Offside Rear Service brake binding but not excessively. With thoughts that I will give it proper cleaning I figured out that the rear O/S break caliper piston won't return after pressing break pedal or hand break apply and stays pressing the break pads which causes stiffer wheel rotation.

Wouldn't use copper grease on any pins or sliding parts, it will actually corrode the parts if overused & end up seizing again. Also as it has copper in it & is a conductor, so it will heat up (again bad for parts) & also not good for ABS sensors.
